I spend my time reading articles about football from back in the 60s - 90s and watch old.matches from those eras.

Yea I think it's the only time I've seen a player leave the field and run back on and score, don't think it was against Barca though?
I read one school of thought recently that Bale has fell out of love with the game and prefers golf and only now in it for the money, could be some truth in that.

They all seem a bunch of cunts to be fair, Bale is however one of the best players of his generation, scored maybe the best goal the CL has seen and on more than a few occasions has risen to the occasion to ensure Real win vital matches, that goal against Barcelona a few years back is amongst the best i have seen, barged off the ball in his own half, so runs off the pitch and around the defender, picks up the ball again then slots it past the keeper.....
Real Madrid Fans reguarly boo him, yet amost single handedly hes won troghys for them, Bizzare really!!!

Atletico Madrid 7-3 Real Madrid in what no one would call a pre-season "friendly". Albeit in New Jersey.
Costa scores 4, then gets sent off. Utterly mental. Loads of squaring up and pushing.
Bale came off the bench. Problem being it was 5-0 at HT. What a way to go! Hahaha.
